Patterns: a meditation

The universe is asking you to look at the repetitive patterns in your life that cause you distress. What is it that keeps you from breaking these patterns even when you can decipher them so clearly? 

Distress is not reality, distress is an emotion, emotions are judgments. These judgments apply vibrational lenses to situations that influence the way reality plays out.  Become an observer of emotion, not an executor. How you react and observe emotions manifests subsequent realities. 

The universe is making these patterns clear to you at this time. The universe is asking you to level up your response. 

Ask yourself, what is your “typical” response to challenging moments? What is your “go-to” comfort reaction? Why?

Does this reaction serve your highest good?
