Signals and Anxiety: a meditation

Anxiety is your spiritual body nudging your physical body and reminding you to ground yourself and reconnect.  It is a signal that we have let our energy get out of control and revved up in a way that is disorganized and unproductive; anxiety causes perceived separation of the physical and spiritual selves as we fixate on the past/future. 

Listen and accept these anxious moments. Watch them.  Breathe through them.   Slowly bridge the gap back to the current moment.  Imagine you are rooted to the earth. 

Enlightenment is realising the point of living is to recognize the essence of experience. Emotions, including anxiousness, are emotional signals.  They are vibratory signatures meant to be observed and released.
