Physicality is Spirituality: a meditation

It is so important that we sit in our physical posture.

Our energy is in our root, which is inside our pelvis at the base of your spine—where your tail would have been if you had one still—this is where that energy lives inside you that binds you to the earth and human tradition, where mothers open portals of new life.  This root exists in a lineage of evolution and holds your ancient wisdom.

Sit with this energy.  Sit legs crossed.  Back supported and strong.  Focus on this root.

You need to make space for this energy through usage of the breath. Breathe deep through your nose, fill your entire chest with air, and then breathe out through your mouth, breathing out all anxieties and impurities. Imagine these anxieties leaving out your mouth. Release.

Do this repeatedly. One time. Two times. Three times. Ten. Thirty. One hundred times. Focus on this rhythmic breathing, begin to focus on your root, allow this root to ground into the earth and to expand, feel this energy grow stronger and more present.

You have the ability to tap into this earthly essence energy, this pure and unique vibration that is your root.

Allow the energy to flow up from the earth and activate within the base of your spine. Allow it to float up your spine, into your third eye, and out your crown; give it permission to blossom and spiral into the universe through your crown.  Allow your crown to open and blossom infinitely as a never ending spiraling white lotus.

Sit with this energy, when you are ready, let the divine light flow down your crown and intermingle with your root energy, filling your entire body with bright, pure, white light.

Ground yourself to this physical and spiritual experience. Let it be a singular experience.

Let this energy heal you, listen to it, feel it. We are entitled to this energy, this divine source. These energies come together as small and big self, the individual and the universe.

Here are some meditation enhancers, by no means is this a requirement to meditation. However, I highly reccomend aromatherapy as an add on to meditation sessions every now and then.
